Delivery
All orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with tracking provided by email once your parcel is on its way.

£14.95 to all European destinations, regardless of order weight.
We do not currently deliver outside the UK and Europe.
Dispatch times
In stock items
Order before 3pm on a working day and your in stock items are dispatched the same day, arriving the next working day in most cases. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day but is not a guaranteed service.
Order-in items
Some items are marked on backorder at checkout. These are not held in UK stock and are ordered in for you when you buy. They are delivered to your door within 10–14 days.
Order-in items are shipped directly from our supplier. If your order contains both in stock and order-in items, they will arrive separately and at different times. You are only charged delivery once.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Delays and non-delivery
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 20 working days for Europe, please contact us at info@thelabelclub.shop and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Customs and import charges (Europe)
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
