We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains your rights and how to return an item.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You do not need to give us a reason.
This applies to all items, including order-in items that were ordered specially for you.
To cancel, email info@thelabelclub.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, telling us your order number and which items you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
Returning an item
Email us first and we will confirm the return address. Please include your order number in the parcel so we can identify it.
You pay the cost of return postage when you change your mind. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags, boxes and packaging included. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check the size, fit and condition.
If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value beyond that reasonable handling, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to the payment method you used to place the order.
Your refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order. It does not include the cost of returning the item to us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you have 30 days from receiving it to reject it and claim a full refund.
We pay the return postage on faulty or incorrect items. Email info@thelabelclub.shop before returning, with your order number and a photograph of the fault, and we will arrange this with you.
Your rights in relation to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 extend beyond 30 days, and nothing on this page limits them.
