Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we email to confirm your items have been dispatched.
If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if an item is no longer available from our supplier — we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, including for order-in items that are delivered within 10–14 days.
We take payment through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can, using the information supplied to us. Product images are intended to represent the item accurately, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
Items marked on backorder are not held in UK stock. They are ordered in for you and delivered within 10–14 days. These items are shipped directly from our supplier.

Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you placed it.
