Who we are
The Label Club, a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number. We need this to process and deliver your order.
We collect payment card details only through Stripe. Your full card number is never sent to us or stored on our systems.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can deal with your query.
Our website uses cookies to keep your basket working and to understand how the site is used.
Why we can use it
We use your order and delivery details because we need them to perform our contract with you. We keep records of sales because we are legally required to. Where we use analytics or send marketing, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with those who need it to fulfil your order:
- Stripe — to take payment
- Royal Mail — to deliver your parcel
- Our supplier — where an order-in item is shipped directly to you, we pass on your name and delivery address
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of the suppliers who ship order-in items directly to customers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where we pass your name and delivery address to them so they can send your parcel, that information is transferred internationally. We only share what is needed to complete the delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. We keep other correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your query and any follow-up.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email info@thelabelclub.shop.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
